摘要: Abstract Diffusion of Bi+III, Sb+III and Te+IV cations in nitric acid, tartaric acid electrolytes were studied employing voltammetry chronopotentiometry. From the Bard correction to Sand equation, diffusion coefficients bismuth, antimony tellurite ions measured investigated solutions. The diffusivity was found be systematically slower than other Bi+III Te+IV. results discussed facing some compositions electroplated Bi–Sb–Te films with ones electrolyte
