摘要: Contrary to earlier reports, we have been able demonstrate the presence of (Na++K+)-activated, ouabain-inhibited ATPase activity in rabbit polymorphonuclear leukocyte membranes. These results coupled with others suggest that (Na++K+)-ATPase and not cation-sensitive phosphatases are responsible for regulation electrolyte content these cells.
