摘要: Abstract The diffusional permeability coefficients of rabbit polymorphonuclear leukocyte membranes to urea, methylurea and thiourea have been measured. It was found that the coefficient these urea is very low more permeable than which was, in turn, urea. These results suggest there no need postulate a carrier-mediated mechanism for transport across biological concept “aqueous pores” not general property but restricted only certain cases.
