摘要: Although technical advances have been made in pancreaticoduodenectomy, the incidence of delayed gastric emptying (DGE) is reported as being high. Postoperative DGE not fatal, but often results prolonging length patients' stay hospital, increasing their medical expenses, and further lowering quality life. a complex process caused by disorder incoordination various factors charge mobility, such smooth muscle cells (myogenic), enteric neuron (hormonal), autonomic nervous system (neural). occurs after operative maneuvers that cause loss organs responsible for motility or kinetic muscular neuromuscular ischemia. To prevent DGE, it most important to develop universalize standardized surgical technique way reduce are considered pancreaticoduodenectomy. Moreover, if suspected occurred differential diagnosis from diseases with similar symptoms via an accurate diagnostic approach should be implemented.
