摘要: An antigenic component of adult Paramphistomum gracile was characterized by means indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (indirect ELISA), sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and immunoblotting using sera from cattle naturally infected with P. gracile, Eurytrema pancreaticum, Fasciola gigantica, Moniezia benedeni, strongylids, Trichuris sp. Strongyloides The whole body (WB) extracts were fractionated filtration chromatography in a Sephadex G-200 column. It found that the WB extract fractions, F1-F3 highly antigenic, F5 moderately F4 poorly antigenic. For SDS-PAGE immunoblotting, molecules all five fractions mostly at molecular weights (MW) ranging 12 to 150 kDa. One protein 16 kDa detected give consistent reaction cattle. antigenicity purified confirmed ELISA pool individual serum samples (at 1 : 78 125 dilution) hyperimmunized rabbit 390 625 dilution). This finding suggests may be potential antigen for immunodiagnosis paramphistomosis caused gracile.
