摘要: Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is becoming an important outcome measure in evaluation various forms renal replacement therapy (RRT). The Short Form-36 (SF-36), Giessen Subjective Complaints List (GBB-24) and Zerssen's Mood-Scale (Bf-S) are internationally validated questionnaires for the assessment HRQoL. goal current study was to evaluate compare HRQoL patients on different RRT. population consisted of: 1) 120 hemodialysis (HD); 2) 43 peritoneal dialysis (PD); 3) 9 recipients who lost their grafts went back (PT); 4) age- sex matched healthy individuals (Controls); 5) 48 transplant (T). SF-36, GBB-24 Bf-S have been used mean SF-36 scores were not significantly between: a) control group recipients; b) hemo- including previously transplanted patients. scored worse all eight domains as compared with subjects. In components higher than HD PD following components: "Fatigue tendency", "Limb pain" "Cardiac complaints", mood analysis has shown that controls did differ similar lower general population. Renal transplantation improves at least level individuals. graft loss associated significant worsening
