The Photoluminescence, Optical Absorption and Physical Properties of Dy3+ Ions in Li2O-La2O3-B2O3 Glass System

摘要: The lithium lanthanum borate glasses doped with Dy2O3 were prepared by the melt quenching technique. concentration has been increased and substituted B2O3 from 0.00 to 1.50 mol% in glasses. photoluminescence, optical absorption physical properties of these have investigated this work. experimental results show that, molar volume tended increase increasing concentration, but density not depending on Dy2O3. UV-Vis-NIR spectra, bands at 451, 798, 894, 1085 1264 1676 nm observed. For Dy3+ glasses, emission centered 483, 575 664 observed 388 excitation wavelength. spectra shown strongest band 0.50 concentration.
