摘要: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and C (HCV) infection often lead to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which is mostly detected in advanced stage. Hence, its early detection of paramount importance using a biomarker having sensitivity specificity both. The present study highlights differentially expressed host proteins response HBV/HCV at different stages. Comparative proteomic was done by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis followed mass spectrometry. Sera from each chronically infected, liver cirrhosis HCC HBV or HCV along with controls were selected. Analysis functional association between viral hepatitis extensively carried out. Forty-three spots (≥ 1.5 fold; P < 0.05) on corresponded 28 spectrometry variable diseases. Haptoglobin protein levels decreased upon disease progression due infection. other are ceruloplasmin, serum paraoxonase 1, retinol binding leucine rich alpha 2 plasma maybe associated HCC. Whereas, upregulation C4a/C4b showed it as reliable marker patients end stage related ApolipoproteinA1 diseases both corresponding healthy may be common for diagnosis monitoring. Protein interaction studies extensive pathway analysis bioinformatics tools such EnrichNet application STRING revealed significant associations specific infections.
