摘要: Aim: Fish oil rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is known to affect hepatic lipid metabolism. Several studies have demonstrated that fish may the bile acid metabolism as well metabolism, whereas only scarce data are available. The aim of this study was investigate effect on gene expression transporters and enzymes related liver small intestine. Methods: Seven-week old male C57BL/6 mice were fed diets enriched 10% soybean or for 4 weeks. After weeks, blood, intestine obtained. Results: Hepatic mRNA lipids (Abcg5/8, multidrug resistance product 2) (bile salt export pump, associated protein 2 3, organic solute transporter α) induced oil-fed mice. Cyp8b1, Cyp27a1 CoA : amino N-acyltransferase increased compared with soybean-oil Besides, intestinal cholesterol (Abcg5/8) (multidrug mice. Conclusion: not but intestine. upregulation Abcg5/g8 by caused an increase cellular 27-HOC through induction. induction synthesis upregulate both organs.
