摘要: Abstract The high field NMR application of the Mosher method has been successfully applied to determine absolute configuration a tetracyclic dihydroxydrimane derivative. result indicates that highly functionalized drimanes from basidiomycetes correspond in their stereochemistry (−)-drimenol.
