摘要: The fungus Marasmiusoreades has previously been reported to produce the sesquiterpenes marasmone (1), anhydromarasmone (2), isomarasmone (3), and dihydromarasmone (4) when grown in liquid culture. We report herein several other sesquiterpene metabolites of same skeleton but with differing oxidation patterns. norsesquiterpenes O-formyloreadone (15a), 3α-hydroxyoreadone (15c), dehydrooreadone (17b) are also reported. It is suggested that formyl group 15a derived biogenetically from C-15 a precursor sesquiterpene. Oxidation 1α, 15-dihydroxymarasmene (13a), one new reported, equivalent pyridinium dichromate gives (15a) as products. Agrocybin (5), polyacetylene amide isolated Agrocybedura, cultures M. oreades. agrocybin (5) phytotoxic compound responsible for killing grass caused by fairy ring mushroom fungus. Keywords: ...
