摘要: The 2'-O-methylation transferase is involved in the process of 2'-O-methylation. In catalytic processes, 2-hydroxy group ribose moiety a nucleotide accept methyl group. This methylation post-transcriptional modification, which occurs various cellular RNAs and plays vital role regulation gene expressions at level. Through biochemical experiments sites produce good results but these exploratory techniques are very expensive. Thus, it required to develop computational method identify sites. this work, we proposed simple precise convolution neural network namely: iRNA-PseKNC(2methyl) existing use handcrafted features, while automatically extracts features using model. prediction obtained 98.27% accuracy, 96.29% sensitivity, 100% specificity, 0.965 MCC on Home sapiens dataset. reported outcomes present that our better than terms all evaluation parameters. These show might be beneficial for academic research drug design.
