摘要: The rhombic lip (RL) is the neuroepithelium immediately adjacent to roof plate of fourth ventricle, and it gives rise various brainstem cerebellar cell types. Our study shows that bHLH (basic helix-loop-helix) transcription factor Olig3 expressed in progenitors RL, ablation significantly affects development RL. In −/− caudal expression level Math1 dorsal interneuron 1 (dI1) domain reduced, formation four mossy-fiber nuclei compromised; dI2–dI3 neurons are misspecified dI4 interneurons, climbing-fiber (inferior olive nucleus) completely lost. addition, (nor)adrenergic centers first-order relay visceral sensory also dependent on . Therefore, plays an important role fate specification differentiation RL-derived neurons.
