摘要: We sought to describe the clinical characteristics of pregnant women with influenza-like illness during 2009 H1N1 pandemic use a standardized management algorithm. From June through March 2010, we assembled prospective cohort at single tertiary care center using Clinical outcomes were compared between virus and those without. In all, 45 included. Seventeen had infection 28 did not. Demographic similar groups. The median temperature upon presentation (99.7 vs 98.8°F, P = .004) was slightly higher among H1N1. All influenza 89% without treated oseltamivir. A total 12 (27%) hospitalized. There no endotracheal intubations or deaths. Among this women, most as outpatients favorable maternal outcomes.
