摘要: ABSTRACT To monitor and evaluate the safety of influenza A(H1N1) vaccine in pregnant women its influence on fetus neonate, we performed a prospective study which 122 Chinese who received 104 did not receive any (serving as controls) were observed. The results indicated that seroconversion rate vaccinated group was 90.4% (95% confidence interval [CI], 82.6% to 95.5%). adverse events following immunization 3.3%. spontaneous abortion rates unvaccinated 0.8% 1.9%, respectively (exact probability test, P = 0.470), prolonged-pregnancy 8.2% 4.8%, (χ2 1.041, 0.308), low-birth-weight 1.6% 0.95%, 1.000), spontaneous-labor 70.5% 75%, 0.573, 0.449). All newborns have an Apgar score ≥7 are considered healthy; scores ≥9 observed 38.5% 57.7% group, 8.274, 0.004). From these results, conclude is safe for has no effects fetal growth. (This been registered at ClinicalTrials.gov under registration no. NCT01842997.)
