摘要: The invention relates to the production of minimal peptide units which are bioactive as antihypertensive agents from egg white that has been subjected enzymatic treatment. Said ovoproducts, complete hydrolyzates, fractions thereof with low molecular weight or constituent peptides same could be used therapeutic substances activity, either functional food products, additives ingredients pharmaceutical products for treatment and/or prevention arterial hypertension in all its forms humans animals and any disorder associated animals.
