摘要: Food-derived bioactive peptides with ACE-inhibitory properties are receiving special attention due to their beneficial effects in the treatment of hypertension. In this work we evaluate impact a simulated gastrointestinal digestion on stability and activity two that derive from ovalbumin by enzymatic hydrolysis, YAEERYPIL RADHPFL. These possess vitro antihypertensive spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). The results showed RADHPFL were susceptible proteolytic degradation after incubation pepsin pancreatic extract. addition, decreased digestion. SHR end products YAEER, YPI, RADHP, was evaluated. fragments YPI RADHP significantly blood pressure, 2 h administration, at doses mg/kg, but they probably did not exert effect through an mechanism. It is likely also active product FRADHPFL (ovokinin) RADHPF (ovokinin 2-7).
