摘要: Electronic tax filing system or e-filing was introduced in Malaysia 2006. It is one of the e-government applications that has potential ensuring collection process efficiently. However, there are many excuses given by taxpayers for not using service provided government. Hence, taxpayer behavior really affects revenue country. The research postulates two objectives namely; to investigate taxpayer's awareness on availability electronic services offered Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDNM) and analyse feedback system. Data were collected questionnaire adapted from Siegel's model known as motivation (e-MAM), developed 2008. findings show respondents aware LHDNM they find easy use convenient.
