摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness combination resistance training (RT) and protein supplementation (PS), compared RT alone or combined with a placebo (plS), in improvement muscle strength physical performance. search strategy PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web Sciences databases found total 294 studies.
