摘要: The search for high relaxivities and increased specificity continues to be central the development of paramagnetic contrast agents magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Ferritin, due its unique surface properties, architecture, biocompatibility, has emerged as a natural nanocage that can potentially help reach both these goals. This review aims highlight recent advances in use ferritin nanoplatform delivery metal-based MRI (containing Gd3+, Mn2+, or Fe2O3) alone combination with active molecules used therapeutic purposes. collected results unequivocally show agent leads more accurate cancer cells significantly improved targeted therapy.
