摘要: Current work investigates the effect of thermal creep on behavior rarefied gas flow through micro/nanochannels using direct simulation Monte Carlo method. Thermal effects are studied velocity profiles, streamwise and pressure, mass rate. The strength is examined at different Knudsen number, channel pressure ratio, bulk temperature. rate variation investigated over a wide range rarefaction from slip to free molecular regime.
