摘要: Abstract Rarefied gas flow in a parallel-plate micro-channel is considered, where streamwise constant temperature gradient applied the channel walls. An analytical approach to problem conducted based on linearized and semi-linearized forms of regularized 13-moment equations (R13 equations), which are set macroscopic transport for rarefied gases at super-Burnett order. Typical nonequilibrium effects boundary, i.e., velocity slip, jump, formation Knudsen boundary layers investigated. Nonlinear contributions lead temperature, density, normal stress profiles across not reported elsewhere literature.
