When variables are controlled, shown place greater importance working relations, men salary, job status, prestige community. Type has significant as does interaction type work, thus supporting argument that array occupations studied may be an important factor explaining conflicting prior findings concerning influence values. While differences some values remain variety considered, model experiences still appropriate such observed differences.
