摘要: Considerable improvements have been made in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease during last decade. Many lesions are now treated successfully neonatal period that previously were associated with high mortality. Improved echocardiographic imaging, catheterization techniques, earlier surgical repair factors resulted greater success cardiac disease. Diagnosis has improved greatly advancements echocardiography angiography. Better ultrasound technology combined doppler techniques transesophageal allow more accurate preoperative assessment therefore successful repair. Cardiac also and, when such as balloon angioplasty, changed certain anomalies pulmonary stenosis or coarctation aorta. Operative short- long-term survival most infants anomalies. cardiopulmonary bypass better suture material, ability to perform transplantation examples allows earlier, complete these complex defects. Reviewed here four occur newborns mortality left untreated. All undergone significant changes approach their dramatic survival.
