摘要: This study aims to investigate the aqueous extract of Sophora japonica pods for presence various phytochemicals and synthesize sulfur nanoparticles. The viz. polyphenols, alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, tannins were investigated by standard biochemical methods. A rapid, green novel approach synthesis nanoparticles (SNPs) from sodium thiosulfate in one-pot reaction at ambient temperature. resulting characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). results show that successfully synthesized sphere shape, with an average particle size 5-100 nm. effect plant concentration on shows can significantly reduce without changing shape. revealed act as capping, dispersing stabilizing agent method is a production nanosized particles, which could be applied prepare application antimicrobial activity, fertilizers, protection.
