Role of New Bis(2,2′-bipyridyl)(triazolopyridyl)ruthenium(II) Complex in the Organic Bistable Memory Application

摘要: A new ruthenium dye complex was synthesized in which N,N sites are part of a six-membered pyridine and five-membered triazolo rings addition to two bipyridines. The shows bistable memory switching sandwiched structures at room temperature with high ON/OFF ratio up 1 × 103. had an associated phenomenon reversible nature. In the devices, active layer retained its high-conducting state until reverse voltage erased it. We could “write” or “erase” “read” it for many cycles random-access applications. Switching behavior this explained terms redox potential molecule.
