摘要: Abstract Dicrocoeliosis caused by Dicrocoelium dendriticum is an important liver disease, which affects ruminants all around the world. Despite significant economic losses this trematode, molecular knowledge very scarce. In fact, there no information in expressed sequence tag (EST) database about parasite. Furthermore, immunological diagnosis of dicrocoeliosis remains unsatisfactory, and aren’t available recombinant proteins that could be tested diagnosis. For reason a cDNA library was constructed with mRNA extracted from D. adults for first time. A random preliminary screening 230 phage plaques resulted identification 173 new EST. The deduced these genes have been described as possible vaccine targets other trematodes, and/or relevant antigens. Then, our goal to identify dentriticum used antigens specific trematodoses. encoding 8-kDa protein has cloned, Escherichia coli evaluated using both Western Blot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). expression molecule demonstrated its value antigen dicrocoeliosis, able discriminate between positive controls on day 30 post infection.
