摘要: Objectives: To evaluate the prognostic value of initial direct radionuclide cystography (DRC) for spontaneous resolution vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Methods: Fifty-one children with diagnosis and 1–6 years’ follow-up VUR by DRC were enrolled in this study. was graded according to anatomic grading as (1) mild corresponding tracer just ureter, (2) moderate accumulation activity a non-dilated collecting system (3) severe equated dilated ureter system. The severity also expressed functional classification transient reflux, which occurred at filling or voiding phase only persistent present both phases. Results: Twenty-nine 51 had unilateral VUR, other 22 bilateral VUR. In total 73 refluxing ureters, there 12 mild, 49 grading, 30 43 grading. After follow-up, found 92% (11/12) 59% (29/49) 25% (3/12) (P = .04, vs. moderate; P .003, severe). Eighty percent (24/30) 44% (19/43) showed .003). Conclusions: allows It is an ideal method diagnosis, staging provides valuable information predict patient’s
