摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among EFL teachers’ critical thinking, neuro-linguistic programming, and sense efficacy. To end, 160 (52 males 108 females) teachers, within age range 22 40 (M=31) teaching experience 5-20 years, at different English language institutes public schools in Tehran took part by completing three questionnaires, namely, Honey's Critical Thinking Questionnaire (2000), Pishghadam's Neuro-Linguistic Programming (2011), Tschannen-Moran Hoy's Teachers' Sense Self-Efficacy Scale (2001). results Spearman Rank Order Coefficient Correlation revealed that there a significant positive correlation between thinking self-efficacy, programming thinking. Furthermore, regression analysis comparison β values makes strongest statistically unique contribution explaining self-efficacy. turned out be second predictor can help all those who are engaged learning process possess better perspective on developing efficient instruction.
