摘要: Abstract In this study, the mechanical behavior of two cold rolled commercial dual phase steels (DP) were analyzed on micro and macro scales. First, anisotropic these investigated by standard tensile tests in three directions. The results showed that anisotropy fracture strain DP980 is more pronounced than DP600. Then, order to assess influence stress state behavior, four specimens with different states ARAMIS approach which based digital image correlation (DIC). compared 3D numerical simulations using Abaqus/Explicit solver. part, effect flow curve distribution (i.e. tensile, notched-tensile, shear bulge specimens) investigated. To predict DP600 under various loading conditions, Modified Mohr-Coulomb (MMC) damage model was utilized. A VUMAT subroutine developed include a MMC models, good agreement between experimental observed. Finally, microstructure failure mechanisms at stages localization, micro-crack initiation coalescence) during uniaxial inside an interrupted in-situ setup. localizations observed both materials, localization center large ferrite phases boundary martensite dominant DP980, respectively. Two similar materials.
