Alimentary tract metastases from malignant melanoma

摘要: The radiological demonstration of alimentary tract metastases from a malignant melanoma is rare. They may present as an isolated finding in patient with no other overt metastases, and these circumstances diagnostic difficulties arise. condition associated very poor prognosis whenever possible surgery best avoided. findings three patients are described the differential diagnosis discussed.
