摘要: In this paper, the early stages of nucleation and photoirradiation growth CeO2 thin films have been studied. Cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze process deposited on anode with photo irradiation. Experimental results show that anodic deposition illumination is controlled by diffusion. Compared dark state, mainly contributed increase current density three-dimensional process, because helpful create active sites accelerate progress surface a ceria film has formed. Two-dimensional exists within initial 2 s, then only instantaneous continues, which may be main reason why thickness can continue grow but not in state. Increasing overpotential promote two-dimensional rate, whilst when potential exceeds 0.65 V, decreases. The limiting factor at time diffusion rate cerium ions solution towards electrode substrate.
