摘要: The growth kinetics and properties of potentiodynamically formed thin oxide films on Al were investigated in 0.05 M citric acid solutions different pH (5, 6 7) by means potentiodynamic polarization a.c. electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. showed passive behaviour within the range that was examined. film takes place due to ionic conductivity under influence high electric field. Characteristic kinetic parameters such as high-field exponential law constants (A B), through film, field strength half barrier width have been calculated.
