摘要: In this paper, we report the effects of morphology, wall composition mesoporous materials and different buffer solutions on drug delivery profiles. Hollow spheres periodic organosilica (PMO) were prepared used as carriers which exhibited higher loading capacity slower release rate compared to conventional silica (PMS) solid PMO. This hollow PMO showed promising properties a reservoir encapsulate store larger quantities guest molecules within its “empty” core. Moreover, organic reactive sites allowed stronger interactions hydrophobic molecules, in contrast inorganic possessed by PMS materials. Antibiotic tetracycline was model study effect framework difference between processes. Two kinds medium, simulated body fluid (SBF) solution (pH 7.4) phosphate (PB) 1.5) study, revealed very A observed SBF solution, attributed ionic molecule host material two pH solutions. Overall, shows lowest highest amount other studied herein. The kinetic reveals that from follows second order better than first mass transfer model.
