摘要: SUMMARY Neuroimaging has assumed an active role in the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and other dementias. Structural MRI can estimate changes specific brain structures relative to normal pathological aging such as volume, cortical thickness gray matter density. Several different structural methods be used identify neuropathology point early atrophy medial temporal lobe patients with AD amnestic mild cognitive impairment, especially entorhinal cortex hippocampus.
