摘要: We reported a facile, economic and green method based on biomimetic mineralization to acquire lipase-inorganic hybrid nanoflower, which was then employed as biocatalyst for biodiesel production. In the enzyme molecules Cu2+ ions were utilized organic inorganic components, respectively. The morphology of nanoflower distribution loading proteins systematically characterized by scanning electron microscopy, confocal laser microscopy ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, indicated successful encapsulation lipase in nanoflower. Using hydrolysis p-nitrophenyl caprylate model, observed possess favorable catalytic activity stability ester hydrolysis. Further, used catalyst production, it could convert sunflower oil with 96.5% conversion remain 72.5% after being 5 cycles. Thus, is potential be an economically viable production biofuel future petrol-fuel replacement.
