摘要: The relative importance of mechanisms relevant to smoking-induced vascular injury is poorly understood. Cigarette smoke a source free radicals but also results in cellular activation and consequent generation vivo. Here we consider several approaches estimating the consequences radical vivo, using measurements modified lipids, proteins, DNA. Smoking appears result elevation biomarkers oxidant stress, some dose-related fashion. There evidence that disordered endothelial function smokers may be partly attributable stress. Other effects smoking on hemostatic activation, sympathoadrenal function, lipoprotein structure modulated by emergence application rational quantitatively reliable indexes stress vivo likely elucidate contribution injury.
