摘要: Reflection photoplethysmography (PPG) using 530 nm (green) wavelength light has the potential to be a superior method for monitoring heart rate (HR) during normal daily life due its relative freedom from artifacts. However, little is known about accuracy of pulse (PR) measured by PPG motion. Therefore, we compared HR electrocadiography (ECG) as reference with PR 530, 645 (red), and 470 (blue) baseline while performing hand waving in 12 participants. In addition, examined change signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) motion each three wavelengths used PPG. The results showed that limit agreement Bland-Altman plots between ECG (±0.61 bpm) was smaller than achieved when (±3.20 bpm ±2.23 bpm, respectively). ΔSNR (the difference task values) 470nm significantly red conclusion, could more suitable life.
