摘要: The aim of this study was to compare conventional photoplethysmography (PPG) in a finger with PPG using an integrating sphere (ISPPG) enhance scattered light collection. Two representative wavelengths were used; 1160 nm, window through the absorption spectra water and alcohol, 1600 nm around where is high there peak blood glucose. Simultaneous transmission-type measurements made ISPPG for each wavelength tips index fingers both hands total 10 healthy young male female volunteers (21.7 ± 1.6 years old). During 5 min period which subjects relaxed state we determined signal-to-noise ratio, SNR, detectability (or sensitivity) by two techniques. SNR during test significantly higher as compared PPG, especially wavelength. signals could scarcely be detected while they good sensitively ISPPG. We conclude that under controlled conditions has better sensitivity than transmission regions but potential practical measurement constituents including
