摘要: Bacground/Aim. Implantation failure after embryo transfer is one of the main problems in vitro fartilization (IVF) and intrauterine pathologies can lead to unsuccessful outcome. The aim this study was determine if hysteroscopic examination uterine cavity consequent treatment of lesions prior IVF could improve pregnancy rate women under 38. Methods. This included 480 patients 38, who had undergone or IVF\ICSI - cycles, which more good quality embryos were transferred. By transvaginal sonography performed within past 2 months, uterus found normal all enrolled our unit. divided into three groups: group A with no evaluation pathology, B with hysteroscopy but C abnormal finding and corresponding treatment. Results. obtained results revaled difference mean age, duration infertility, number mature oocytes either (p > 0.05). Clinical rates groups A, were 36.9%, 58.75% 32.7%, respectively, delivery 27.5%, 48.7% 25.7%, respectively. There a statistically significant among concerning rates. Conclusion. Considering we conclude that hysteroscopy, as routine examination, should be before first IVF-ET cycle in thereby reducing failures then costs IVF-ET.
