摘要: Like most machining processes, drilling is affected by many parameters such as the tool diameter, cutting speed and feed. The current research investigates possibility of developing a finite element modelling based prediction model for generated thrust force during Al7075-T6 with solid carbide tools. A total 27 experiments were carried out in order to examine interaction between three key their effect on force. In addition, simulations realized use DEFORM3D™ software obtain necessary numerical data. Finally, comparison was made experimental results verify that reliable feasible. mathematical acquired response surface methodology verification adequacy performed through an analysis variance. majority yielded agreement at around 95% derived offered accuracy 5.9%.
