摘要: Abstract Objective To analyse how clinical characteristics in depressed patients, as well the management of their depression, are related to presence significant physical comorbidity. Methods This is a two-phase cross-sectional study that took place 10 primary care centres Tarragona (Spain). A total 906 consecutive patients were screened for depression with self-rating questionnaire and 306 subject structured interview contained diagnoses major dysthymia (DSM-IV), severity comorbidity (Duke Severity Illness Scale: DUSOI).
