Methods: A cross sectional study was designed were recruited from Abbasi Shaheed Hospital non-probability convenient sampling. Patients having 30 years age included blindness, stroke psychiatric disorders excluded. Sample size done by using WHO software sample 200 cases collected. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scale data collection tool. Cronbach’s coefficient 0.54 – 0.96. Sensitivity & Specificity reported average sensitivity 75% among dementia specificity 62% - 100%. protocol approved ethical review committee. Results: one-way multivariate analysis variance run determine effect on four clinical parameters cognition. difference between cognition statistically significant. Conclusion: HCV more compared HBV.
