摘要: Anther culture is one of the most feasible techniques to obtain doubled haploid(DH) plants. In this study, anther responses F2 derived bread wheat hybrids ofYektay406 A— Altay 2000, Demir2000 Soyer02, AtlA±2002 MA¼fitbey, MA¼fitbey AtlA±2002,MA¼fitbey Eser, Bezostaya were assessed clarify genotype-basedreactions under tissue conditions. Firstly, twenty five spikes which grown indry land, collected from hybrid A total 10.963 inoculated anthers formed to188 callus in primary hormone-free MN6 media. Some calli produced hybridgroups did not generate any haploid plantlet regeneration Regenerationfrequencies Soyer02 and 30.76% and63.63% respectively. 121 callus, 10 albino and77 plantlets. contrary, only 26 3 albinoand zero Other corresponding Eser MA¼fitbeyA— generated 9 13 while least number was detected inYektay406 2000. correlation between plantletnumber per 100 revealed a positive relationship for each progeny (r = 0.988, P <0.01). Our results significantly indicated that cultivar might be used an effectiveanther source DH production.
