摘要: Here we show that verrucomicrobial community structure and abundance are extremely sensitive to changes in chemical factors linked soil fertility. Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism fingerprint real-time quantitative PCR assay were used analyze communities associated with contrasting nutrient conditions tropical regions. In case study Model I (“Slash-and-burn deforestation”) the structures revealed disparate patterns nutrient-enriched soils after slash-and-burn deforestation natural nutrient-poor under an adjacent primary forest Amazonia (R = 0.819, P = 0.002). The relative proportion of Verrucomicrobia declined response increased fertility deforestation, accounting on average, for 4 2 % total bacterial signal, deforested soils, respectively. II (“Management practices sugarcane”) sugarcane rhizosphere sampled optimal deficient (R = 0.786, Verrucomicrobial was negatively correlated fertility, 2 5 % sugarcane, related such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium sum bases, i.e., calcium, magnesium contents. We conclude represent important ecological aspects tracking environmental conditions.
