摘要: Background Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC), a calcium-binding matricellular glycoprotein, is implicated the progression of many cancers. In this study, we investigated expression function SPARC ovarian cancer. Methods cDNA microarray analysis was performed to compare gene profiles highly invasive low subclones derived from SKOV3 human cancer cell line. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining investigate total 140 tissue specimens. functional assays, effects knockdown on biological behavior cells were investigated. The mechanisms proliferation, apoptosis invasion also researched. Results SPARC overexpressed subclone compared with subclone. High associated high stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis poor prognosis cancer. Knockdown significantly suppressed induced inhibited metastasis. Conclusion tissues plays an important role growth, metastasis.
