摘要: Although chemotherapies are successful in some cases, systemic toxicity could be simultaneously observed due to the lack of drugs selectivity cancerous tissues, leading failure chemotherapies. Furthermore, therapeutic effects will significantly improved if anticancer delivered cancer cells with high selectivity. In recent years, there have been many advances field diagnosis and treatment as a result development novel materials noticeable often unique properties. Nanoparticles biological properties, owing their small size large surface area-to-volume ratio, which allow them bind, absorb, carry compounds such molecule drugs, DNA, RNA, proteins, probes efficiency. course last decade, Graphene its derivatives attracted growing interest medicinal pharmaceutical sciences, studies focused on potential carriers for targeted drug delivery intended therapies. present study, we review characteistics application different finally discuss opportunities, limitations, challenges this encouraging field.
