摘要: Abstract A novel hybrid of graphene oxide (GO) and hypocrellin B (HB) was prepared using a simple noncovalent method. An efficient loading HB on GO as high 2 mg/mg obtained. Mechanism analysis indicated that the π–π stacking interaction is dominant driving force in between GO. Irradiation (HB–GO) results generation singlet oxygen (1O2). In vitro studies have demonstrated active uptake HB–GO into cytosol tumor cells. Significant damage to such impregnated cells observed upon irradiation.
