摘要: In Uganda, agricultural commercialization has been promoted to reduce poverty and improve household food security. South-western the major producer of potato, considered basket country but it one highest prevalence rates stunting in children under 5. This study potato enterprise as a key pathway for enhancing nutrition security because become income source staple diets many households area most urban areas country. The objective was determine factors that influence farm outcomes. Through survey, data were collected from 434 randomly selected farmer households. Descriptive econometric methods used analysis.
