摘要: Concentrations of purine and pyrimidine ribonucleotides were measured with HPLC in lymphocytes man, horse, pig sheep rat thymocytes. The ATP concentration was highest all species about 850 pmol/10(6) cells human equine lymphocytes, higher porcine lower ovine GTP comparable human, but lymphocytes. also horse a luciferin-luciferase assay. During culturing or without phytohemagglutinin the concentrations decreased these TTP dATP DNA polymerase Phytohemagglutinin-stimulation increased three species, only ATP, thymidine incorporation phytohemagglutinin-stimulated after 24 48 h presence adenosine deoxyadenosine. Adenosine equine, not Deoxyadenosine did affect concentration. EHNA it other conditions 3-, 10-, 9-fold, respectively, considerably incorporation. 2-5-fold, man stimulated 5-fold. latter results indicate that accumulation is always associated inhibition cell proliferation.
